About This Role
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to design, build, deploy, and monitor scalable software systems used by millions of global members.
- Ensure high-quality, frequent software releases aligned with product priorities by adopting DevOps and "you build it, you run it" practices.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance while collaborating closely with Product, Data, and Platform teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams with technical direction responsibility.
- Fluent English proficiency (C2 level).
- Strong proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable with hands-on development of distributed systems for both frontend and backend environments.
- Capable of balancing scalability, performance, cost, and complexity in choosing technical solutions and driving engineering standards with automated testing and observability.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to accelerate software development lifecycle and contribute to technical vision in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.
