About This Role
- Own quality assurance activities for SolidWorks CAD software on Windows platform, ensuring high performance and reliability from design to product release.
- Create and execute test plans including automated and manual testing to simulate customer workflows and validate functionality, usability, performance, and robustness.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues quickly and contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from premier institutions.
- 2-5 years of technical experience in mechanical design or testing design software.
- Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or equivalent; experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Platform or other PLM tools.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD tools with a strong understanding of CAD product testing lifecycle.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively to manage QA processes and improve testing efficiency.
- Familiarity with automation or programming (Python) and certifications like CSWP or CSWE are advantageous but not mandatory.
