Proven experience building or significantly improving enterprise Vulnerability Management or Attack Surface Management programs.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or equivalent.
Must work from Bangalore office (on-site) except for approved leave; relevant security certifications beneficial but not mandatory.
Experienced in defining and operationalizing KPIs, SLAs, metrics, and governance for vulnerability and attack surface management programs.
Strong technical understanding across networking, cloud, endpoints, Zero Trust, detection, and security automation with ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfortable driving cross-functional remediation across Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Product teams within a mature enterprise security environment.
