About This Role
- Lead design and execution of finance and accounting process automation to improve data accuracy and Straight Through Processing (STP) within the finance ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain corporate finance product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives, managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end engineering and technology strategies integrating accounting and operations systems into a data warehousing and reporting framework, addressing urgent finance close issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering or technology operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role involving code reviews, problem-solving, and performance tuning.
- Experience with finance and accounting technology, including familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in C# or Python, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS and Snowflake, and advanced database architecture.
