About This Role
- Own and drive the ServiceNow architecture roadmap, including technical standards and governance frameworks.
- Lead solution design and architecture reviews ensuring scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide technical leadership across CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, integrations, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10 years in ServiceNow and minimum 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Strong expertise in CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, including integrations and infrastructure discovery.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years overall IT, 10+ years ServiceNow, 3+ years architect role.
