About This Role
- Lead and manage a team developing and implementing advanced GenAI software solutions, including event-driven architectures and containerized deployments.
- Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive innovation in GenAI applications.
- Oversee the development and management of data lakes and ensure collaboration across software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps for seamless GenAI model integration and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software engineering or related roles.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with Python programming and building scalable Python applications, especially for GenAI use cases.
- Experience with containerized application deployment and management on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), plus proficiency with CI/CD practices and version control (Git).

- Proven leadership experience managing software engineering teams focused on GenAI technologies and advanced data processing solutions.
- Strong expertise in designing modular, reusable, and secure software architectures incorporating cloud-native patterns and containerization.
