Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on quality engineering and continuous delivery in distributed/cloud-based microservices architectures.
Strong capability to operate across the entire development lifecycle including test design, implementation, observability (Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and production support.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation-first testing practices and mentor others on automation best practices.
