About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPMN 2.0 to support Zero Touch Operations in 2nd Line Network Operations teams.
- Collaborate with operational teams and process experts to define MVPs and integrate automated workflows into network operations.
- Manage workflow lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement within Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within a technical operations environment, preferably Telecom Network Operations 2nd Line environment.
- Strong expertise in Camunda 7 and BPMN 2.0 standards; Python and Groovy scripting experience required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or related discipline.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in telecom operational process automation and technical network operations environment.
- Skilled in translating business and operational requirements into scalable, automated workflow solutions using Camunda and scripting languages.
- Familiar with Agile product delivery, MVP development, and collaborating with cross-functional global teams for operational transformation.
