About This Role
- Own development and maintenance of iOS applications enabling users to connect, configure, and control new smart devices (sensors, motors, networked appliances) from client.
- Collaborate with embedded engineers, cloud/API teams, UX/UI designers, and QA to integrate hardware and cloud services with mobile app features and architecture.
- Lead code quality, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and support full app lifecycle including App Store release and maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in native iOS development using Swift with strong knowledge of iOS SDK, UIKit/SwiftUI.
- Experience with hardware-integrated mobile apps involving Bluetooth LE, WiFi connectivity, or similar IoT device pairing and management.
- Proven skills in modular architecture, clean code, asynchronous programming (Combine, RxSwift, async/await), RESTful APIs, and mobile app performance optimization.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in iOS development; Location: Bengaluru, India; Language: English proficiency at B2 (Upper Intermediate) level.

- Experienced in building production-quality iOS apps with modular, maintainable architecture and robust connectivity features for smart home or consumer hardware domains.
- Able to bridge mobile, embedded firmware, and cloud teams, rapid adopter of emerging Swift technologies like SwiftUI, Combine, and reactive frameworks.
- Comfortable leading a geographically distributed, agile team, mentoring juniors, and driving best engineering practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
