About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and release applications and platform capabilities supporting the organization's technology solutions.
- Participate across the software development lifecycle, focusing on development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Build rapid prototypes and proof of concepts to validate new ideas, following established coding standards and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Less than 2 years of experience in product and platform development using UI or backend web technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages and experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
- This position requires 100% in-office work; remote work is not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or strong interest in working with AI technologies including RAG and Generative AI agent development.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and urgency in software engineering tasks.
