About This Role
- Lead expansion of DevOps tools and processes to multiple teams within Skyworks.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration frameworks and DevOps methodologies.
- Act as primary point-of-contact and mentor junior engineers in Bangalore.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Computer Engineering (BSCE) required.
- Minimum 12 years of industry experience in software, firmware, and/or DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, GitHub, Azure DevOps/MLOps, Jenkins, build tools (Make, CMake), and proficiency in Python scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with proven track record in designing, deploying and maintaining DevOps tools and architectures.
- Experience collaborating with firmware and software teams in complex technology environments.
- Effective communicator capable of mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.
