About This Role
- Develop and maintain automated tests for ETL workflows and data pipelines validating high-volume datasets across Data Warehouse/Data Lake environments.
- Create scalable Python and SQL-based test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies and ensure data quality standards throughout Agile delivery processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in ETL automation and Data Warehouse/Data Lake testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for automation scripting.
- Experience with at least one test automation framework and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to cloud data services: Azure (ADF, ADB), AWS (Glue, Lambda, Redshift), and GCP (BigQuery).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with automated data quality validation in cloud environments using Python and SQL at scale.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams and embedding testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Able to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to uphold data quality and automate testing frameworks.
