About This Role
- Lead enhancements and governance for enterprise data quality, management, and storage across the organization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and centralized critical business reports.
- Drive cross-functional data management strategies and continuous improvements, including dashboard creation and issue resolution for Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Data Management or Data Analytics.
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 10 years experience in Data Management or Data Analytics.
- Experience in Banking domain, Regulatory Reporting, and Data Warehousing/Data Lakes technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SQL; knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and AWS/Snowflake is required.

- Experienced working in enterprise banking or financial services environment with regulatory reporting focus.
- Operates effectively in cross-functional teams influencing data governance and strategy at an organizational level.
- Comfortable leading and mentoring less experienced consultants while managing end-to-end data documentation and strategy implementation.
