About This Role
- Define and drive strategic technology roadmap for cloud-native platforms supporting global operations technology.
- Lead multiple Agile squads and engineering teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of strategic programs with quality and timely execution.
- Build and mentor engineering teams while establishing engineering standards, governance, and risk controls ensuring operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership of large engineering organizations.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed, event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience designing and operating cloud-native applications, preferably on Azure or AWS, including Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

- Experienced in leading large-scale platform modernization and transformation projects in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and communicate with senior leadership.
- Strong technical leadership with specialization in distributed, high-volume, low-latency financial systems and cloud engineering.
