About This Role
- Lead multiple software engineering teams within JPMorgan Chase's API Marketplace group in Consumer & Community Banking Technology.
- Oversee day-to-day implementation activities ensuring compliance, business alignment, and best practices adherence.
- Drive adoption and coaching on enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and SDLC/TLM automation to improve delivery speed, quality, and operational outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience including coaching and mentoring.
- Experience managing technology projects and technologists.
- Strong full-stack development expertise including Java, Spring, Hibernate, and ReactJS.
- Experience with public cloud technologies (AWS), database technologies, and tools like Akamai and Kong.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading adoption of responsible AI-assisted development and delivery tools within engineering teams, including data sensitivity and governance considerations.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and engaging with senior leadership to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
