Experience with Azure and OVH Cloud platform management and troubleshooting.
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and/or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900); ITIL Foundation is a plus.
Experienced in managing cloud operations and incident resolution at Level 2 support on Azure and OVH environments.
Proficient in cloud service operational management including identity, access control, monitoring, and patch management.
Capable of effective collaboration across support tiers and with vendor teams to drive operational improvements and sustained issue resolution.
