About This Role
- Own Level 2 support for Azure and OVH Cloud infrastructures, including incident/resolution management and cloud resource operations.
- Manage cloud services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Identity, Backup, and Monitoring, ensuring operational health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and OVH monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with L1/L3 teams and vendors, implement infrastructure changes, document processes, and communicate incident status to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Infrastructure Support or Cloud Operations.
- Experience with Azure and OVH Cloud platform management and troubleshooting.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and/or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900); ITIL Foundation is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cloud operations and incident resolution at Level 2 support on Azure and OVH environments.
- Proficient in cloud service operational management including identity, access control, monitoring, and patch management.
- Capable of effective collaboration across support tiers and with vendor teams to drive operational improvements and sustained issue resolution.
