About This Role
- Lead development of sophisticated, web-based UAV operation platforms including Ground Control Station, fleet management, data analysis, and simulation tools.
- Build and maintain end-to-end features with React front-end and NestJS back-end for high-throughput, low-latency UAV data processing and command control.
- Own full software development lifecycle phases including design, implementation, testing (TDD), deployment, maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration ensuring mission-critical system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience in full-stack software development with exposure to real-time systems.
- Advanced proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end and Node.js with NestJS framework for backend development.
- Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including schema design and query optimization.
- Work location: Hoskote, Bangalore; in-office role with alternate Saturday working.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience building complex, real-time data-driven UI and backend services for safety-critical or mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of networking, data stream processing, and communication protocols relevant to UAV operations.
- Proven proficiency in disciplined software engineering practices including Test-Driven Development, SOLID principles, and collaborative Git workflows.
