About This Role
- Lead initiatives to enhance enterprise data quality, governance, and architecture across the bank.
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement projects related to data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including business critical reports and provide expert consultation to various stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience with a Bachelor's degree in Data Management or Analytics, or 10 years with a High School Diploma/GED.
- Experience in Banking, Regulatory Reporting, Data Warehouse/Data Lakes, and AWS/Snowflake environments.
- Hands-on SQL skills with ability to write complex queries.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, transformation methods, ETL processes, and data lineage documentation.

- Mid-senior level professional with strong expertise in enterprise data governance within financial services.
- Able to work cross-functionally to improve data management capabilities and influence business units.
- Experienced in both strategic data initiatives and hands-on technical implementation including dashboard development and data quality validations.
