About This Role
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional cloud infrastructure programs covering compute, networking, storage, AI infrastructure, platform services, and operational excellence.
- Define and implement program strategies, governance, and execution frameworks to accelerate delivery and improve operational health across CIC organization.
- Partner with senior technical and engineering leadership to prioritize investments, manage risks, and drive executive communications on program status and outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components including networking, storage, compute platforms, and modern software development practices.
- Experience managing programs across full software lifecycle with strong analytical and risk management skills.
- Work Model: Hybrid with at least 3 days onsite per week (location specific).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hyperscale cloud or large-scale distributed systems environments, preferably with AI infrastructure and platform engineering exposure.
- Able to partner effectively with Principal Engineers and senior technical leaders to influence architecture modernization and platform transformation.
- Comfortable leading complex programs requiring technical depth, organizational leadership, and operational rigor within fast scaling cloud platform teams.
