About This Role
- Develop and implement tools and processes to support strategic goals of the Taiwan Engineering team.
- Prioritize and drive scalable solutions by collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, finance, legal, and product teams.
- Define and track tech and operational metrics to improve engineering excellence and internal resource efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years industry experience including software development or QA; 5+ years in technical program management.
- Experience in complex problem solving, root cause analysis, and proposing practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to manage meetings and work streams involving senior leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing programs in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering and business domains.
- Prior experience or strong understanding of eCommerce industry preferred but not mandatory.
