About This Role
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into structured use cases and AI solution designs.
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, configure agents and integrations, and manage delivery teams within the Assurance practice.
- Support prototype development, testing, documentation, user adoption, and continuous improvement while adhering to security and responsible AI standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- At least 4 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Experience with AI solution development using Microsoft Copilot and related tools implied but not explicitly mandated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing AI solutions within complex business and regulated environments, preferably financial services.
- Skilled in Microsoft ecosystem tools like Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure AI.
- Familiar with responsible AI practices, Agile delivery frameworks (Jira, Confluence), and programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell.
