Strong communication and project management skills; proficiency in MS Office and AI tools; meaningful onsite/onshore/international experience.
Experienced in managing risk controls and investigations in sales and trading environments within large financial institutions, able to operate as a trusted advisor in high-visibility forums.
Proven leadership skills with ability to coach teams, lead projects across functions and regions, and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities, early identify risk issues, and deliver sustainable risk management outcomes.
