Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed global team communicating technical details clearly, supporting smooth global handoffs and integration.
Strong interest and intellectual honesty in selecting AI/ML/GenAI methods driven by practical problem requirements rather than novelty, with attention to detail and structured problem solving.
