Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience with a BE or MTech degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
5+ years supporting and expanding GitLab, including Agile Planning, CI/CD pipelines, administration, and API familiarity.
3-5 years of front-line application support and customer interaction experience.
Experience with Linux usage, Jenkins administration, Kubernetes development, programming in Python/Shell/REST APIs, and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and scaling GitLab services within an engineering operations context with deep CI/CD knowledge.
Capable of working remotely in India night shift (Pacific Standard Time 8 AM-5 PM) supporting US engineering teams.
Skilled in technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and mentoring junior engineers in collaborative, global teams.
