About This Role
- Conduct full-day training sessions in English for customers, partners, and internal teams on Workday and related HCM products.
- Simplify complex technical topics to facilitate effective learning and troubleshoot classroom challenges dynamically.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software/product features and manage all administrative tasks related to training delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience working with enterprise HCM applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP.
- Minimum 2 years experience in delivering training or implementing full-scale ERP deployments.
- Advanced/professional communication skills in English.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in relevant domain and training roles.
