Knowledge of internet development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, API.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Strong consultative and customer-focused engagement skills with ability to interact across technical and executive levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer requests, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in collaborative environments.
Solid technical proficiency in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud technologies, database concepts, and basic programming or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, AMP Script).
