Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Java-based microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
Architect and implement cloud-native applications with containerization via Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade networking and automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience with demonstrated expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Proven experience designing and building microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and strong debugging/problem-solving aptitude in production environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in system design and architecture with ability to influence technical direction and make practical tradeoffs.
Comfortable working in Agile environments delivering enterprise networking or automation software.
Familiarity or domain knowledge of telecom networking concepts, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native distributed platforms preferred but not mandatory.
