Minimum 3+ years of experience with consumer banking laws and regulations.
Work timing requires availability between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM US Eastern Time (3:30 PM – 9:00 PM IST), with enhanced flexibility outside these core hours.
Experienced in process and system controls related to Growth or Supplier Management, with strong governance and risk analysis skills (e.g., CTCs, CTQs, Process Universe).
Proven ability to lead complex control testing teams, ensure quality deliverables, and work with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels.
Comfortable working within US Eastern Time overlap hours and navigating dynamic, cross-border surveillance environments.
