Experienced in designing integrations with SaaS platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and familiarity with OAuth, API constraints, and third-party platform challenges.
Able to make pragmatic trade-offs balancing customer impact, engineering quality, delivery timelines, and business goals, with ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced mentor capable of raising team quality standards, with interest or experience in Agentic AI-compatible product workflows and usage of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
