About This Role
- Ensure availability, stability, observability, and scalability of InMobi's data platform handling 260bn ad requests daily.
- Lead design and delivery of platform features focusing on performance, cost efficiency, and distributed data systems architecture.
- Own production issue resolution, conduct RCA, drive continuous improvements, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years experience in distributed systems or data engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, Spark, Python, Shell, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Terraform, and Linux-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), modern data orchestration tools, data formats (Parquet, Delta, Iceberg), and compute engines (Databricks, Clickhouse, Trino).
- Work Experience Required: 7–10 years specifically in distributed systems/data engineering.

- Experienced in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems with cost optimization and performance focus.
- Skilled in platform governance including data access policies, SLA/SLO tracking, and incident management.
