About This Role
- Own the execution strategy, dependency mapping, and release discipline for mission-critical trading system development.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and capacity planning to ensure predictable delivery timelines for deep-tech engineering teams.
- Build and maintain Jira dashboards, automated roadmaps, and documentation as the single source of truth for stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as TPM, Program Manager, or Scrum Lead in product-engineering, preferably in HFT, FinTech, Networking, or Kernel/Systems domains.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle for high-performance systems including build systems, CI/CD, and performance regressions.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira Service Management/Software, Confluence, and ability to use JQL for advanced reporting.
- Familiarity with capital markets and trading concepts is a plus but not mandatory. Work Experience Required: 5+ years.

- Experienced in managing complex low-latency or performance-sensitive software development cycles with rigorous benchmarking requirements.
- Skilled at navigating cross-team dependencies among infrastructure, connectivity, and simulation engineering groups to prevent release bottlenecks.
