About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and management of a fully cloud-based IT environment ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across multiple SaaS platforms.
- Build and maintain workflow automation and AI-powered agents to streamline IT processes, reduce manual work, and enable self-service across the organization.
- Engineer and manage integrations between core systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, HR/finance platforms), acting as a technical bridge between IT and software engineering teams to drive operational excellence and adherence to security/compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or related cloud-first roles.
- Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SCIM for SaaS platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Okta Workflows, Serval, Workato, or equivalent and managing platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack.
- Security-first mindset with knowledge of least-privilege principles and compliance frameworks like SOX and SOC 2.
