About This Role
- Drive growth of distribution and market share in assigned territory through extensive deployment and sales of QR & Sound Box products.
- Recruit, manage, and coach a large sales team including 5-10 Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and 200+ indirect employees to achieve business targets.
- Plan market size, geography coverage for Assistant Sales Managers (ASMs) and ensure quality control via audits and monitoring of sales activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience mandatory.
- Strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within assigned area.
- Experience managing and coaching large sales teams is required.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.

- Proven ability to own end-to-end sales and distribution growth in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Experienced in leading large sales teams effectively and implementing strategic market planning.
