Experience with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management and Level 4 production support in a large, regulated enterprise (50,000+ users preferred).
Deep technical mastery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Exchange and hybrid email environments with proven leadership in platform lifecycle management.
Ability to influence cross-team strategies and collaborate effectively across infrastructure, security, compliance, and product teams in a large regulated environment.
Track record of solving highly complex architectural challenges and driving innovation in secure, resilient email communication platforms.
