Strong hands-on experience with Coupa procurement platform; knowledge of SAP ECC/Ariba integration with Coupa mandatory.
Willingness to work US business hours night shift (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST).
Experienced in managing end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes in an international, cross-cultural corporate environment.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and communicate across organizational levels.
Comfortable driving continuous improvement initiatives, leading change management, and operating as a technical subject matter expert in digital procurement tools and processes.
