Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (B.Com).
Minimum 8+ years of experience managing client-service oriented functions and large-scale operational initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement platform; knowledge of SAP ECC / Ariba integration; proficient in PSCM applications including ARIBA, SAP, Salesforce.
Must work exclusively in night shift (US business hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
Experienced leader in procurement process transitions, migrations, and operational stabilizations in a shared service centre environment.
Strong cross-cultural experience, able to influence across all organizational levels and partner effectively with IT, Business Users, Vendors, and Procurement teams.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile, digitally driven environments focusing on continuous improvement and automation.
