About This Role
- Own financial integrity for assigned entities by reviewing Trial Balance, Balance Sheet GLs, and P&L to ensure accurate, compliant, and audit-ready results.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including investigation of unusual movements and misclassifications.
- Coordinate external audits and resolve queries, while identifying and driving remediation of control gaps and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, group reporting, and P&L analysis.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline required; CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA Finance or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, audit requirements, and experience working with shared services/process operations.
- Primary location is Bangalore Karle Town SEZ.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial closing and reporting in a multinational/global environment with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to challenge and influence P&L owners and reporting teams.
