About This Role
- Own the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure enterprise data architectures aligning with business goals.
- Develop and optimize database designs, data integration strategies, and oversee ETL/ELT and data pipelines including real-time and batch processing.
- Lead data governance, security compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally while mentoring technical teams and guiding architecture reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, and data engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Cassandra, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark), and cloud data services (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
- Onsite work required primarily at HPE partner/customer office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level data architect comfortable with hands-on design and technical leadership in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
- Experienced in multi-technology data ecosystems including relational, NoSQL, big data and cloud-native platforms, demonstrating operational ownership of performance and security.
- Capable of driving cross-team collaboration and mentoring, with ability to translate business analytics needs into reliable and compliant data infrastructure solutions.
