Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience leading agile teams and designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications/systems using various technologies.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in interpreting complex business problems into technical architecture solutions with broad hardware and software product knowledge.
Ability to influence architectural decisions through advisory and documentation within a large enterprise environment.
Proficient in mentoring and training junior team members and comfortable in leadership roles in project or team settings.
