About This Role
- Lead consulting projects and client engagements at Business Sweden's Mumbai office, focusing on strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, scope assignments, and ensure high-quality delivery of insights for diverse clients from small to large enterprises.
- Drive business development initiatives, including sales activities and pipeline creation, collaborating with global teams to support Swedish-Indian business relations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field is required; Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant consultancy or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken English required; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting with ability to navigate ambiguous problems and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability in project delivery and client relationship management, with experience in business development.
