Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, VBA, or programming languages preferred.
Experience managing teams or resources, including remote/offshore, and developing senior leadership reports.
Experienced in real estate credit or related financial asset management with a focus on portfolio strategy and analytics.
Strong analytical skill set with experience in quantitative and qualitative research and building dynamic financial models.
Proven ability to implement technology solutions and drive process enhancements in a collaborative, fast-paced environment involving multiple stakeholders.
