About This Role
- Plan and conduct discovery workshops across client organizations involving CXOs and operational staff.
- Create process maps, requirement registers, and scope documents that serve as actionable inputs for engineering teams.
- Translate business needs between operators and architects and support solution blueprints with business cases and phased implementation logic.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or consultant on software delivery projects.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements engineering, and producing testable requirement documents.
- Strong interviewing and facilitation skills to engage operational staff.
- Comfortable working with data schemas and querying data for evidence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business users and technical teams with clear, precise, and exception-aware documentation.
- Skilled at facilitating workshops that capture real-world business processes accurately.
- Has familiarity or experience in ERP/CRM domains, BPMN or event-storming practices, or pre-sales activities (preferred but not mandatory).
