Experience with SAP/SAP S4HANA, especially SAP S4 EAM Plant Maintenance Management systems and migration experience from JDE/Maximo/SAP to S4HANA.
Proficient in English (written and verbal); previous training experience is required.
Experience working with large-scale ERP deployment projects involving maintenance and asset management processes in oil and gas or energy sectors.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups including IT teams, business units, and operations leaders in deployment activities.
Strong operational focus on maintenance and reliability engineering within complex industrial facilities, with ability to lead cross-functional task execution.
