About This Role
- Lead and coordinate deployment activities of the Digital Core Asset Management (DCAM) system across Chevron business units, preparing them for go-live.
- Manage data cleansing, training strategy, role assignments, and collaborate with technical teams, product managers, and end users to ensure smooth deployment.
- Provide reliability and maintenance expertise as a subject matter expert and business process owner for maintenance and inspection tools integration within the asset management platform.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from an AICTE-recognized university.
- 8-12 years of experience using maintenance and inspection tools as an end user in oil & gas or energy sector, with at least 5 years of field experience in maintenance in large Chemical/O&G/LNG facilities.
- Experience with SAP/SAP S4HANA, especially SAP S4 EAM Plant Maintenance Management systems and migration experience from JDE/Maximo/SAP to S4HANA.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); previous training experience is required.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups including IT teams, business units, and operations leaders in deployment activities.
- Strong operational focus on maintenance and reliability engineering within complex industrial facilities, with ability to lead cross-functional task execution.
