About This Role
- Deliver cost management services for global capital projects from the AIN capability center, including cost reporting, forecasting, commitments, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and project closeout.
- Ensure SAP-enabled process discipline, compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in cost management workflows and documentation to enhance quality, productivity, cost visibility, and predictability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Source-to-Pay, and project teams to support cost visibility, decision-making, and support Engineering Digital Transformation workstreams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
- 8–13 years of experience in project controls, cost management, engineering, finance, procurement, capital projects, or related field.
- Strong experience with SAP-enabled cost management, project controls, finance, or Source-to-Pay processes.
- Work Experience Required: 8–13 years in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cost controls in global capital projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Proficient in using AI tools, data analytics, reporting, and process metrics to improve cost visibility and decision-making.
- Skilled in working within centralized service or global capability centers with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Digital transformation initiatives.
