About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and execution of software releases for Arctic Wolf's Endpoint Security across multiple platforms and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Plan, coordinate, and automate builds, testing, deployment, rollback, and release validation processes to ensure quality, reliability, and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployment issues, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or equivalent roles.
- 2+ years experience as a lead engineer/developer.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), AWS services (EC2, ECS, VPCs, security groups), Azure cloud platform, Python automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/ECS), Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience owning or orchestrating large-scale or enterprise software releases across multiple operating systems and cloud platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior technical leader capable of end-to-end release management and automation in complex, multi-cloud and multi-platform environments.
- Deep expertise in release engineering, DevOps/SRE practices and infrastructure as code with a focus on automation, quality gates, and production reliability.
- Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum teams, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor juniors, and continuously improve operational processes and tooling.
