About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of the Meta Ads channel for a nine-figure revenue consumer brand with seven-figure monthly spend, including account architecture, budget allocation, creative testing, and daily operation.
- Drive Meta channel P&L: set and deliver monthly/quarterly spend targets, efficiency metrics, and scaling strategy tied to contribution margin.
- Lead strategic decision-making, measurement approach, reporting, and mentor hiring and development of junior media buyers in the Meta channel.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7+ years of hands-on Meta media buying for D2C or consumer brands; last 2+ years managing $300K+ monthly spend (seven-figure spend preferred).
- Proficient with full Meta marketing stack: Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, manual/cost-cap bidding, CAPI, catalog/DPA, post-iOS-14 measurement.
- Experience in data reconciliation across Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale (or equivalent), Shopify; operating on contribution margin metrics, not platform ROAS.
- Work Experience Required: 4-7+ years; Location: Remote, India with asynchronous work hours overlapping 9 AM to 1 PM EST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to scale Meta ad spend significantly while maintaining or improving efficiency and contribution margin.
- Strong operational orientation with daily management of high-spend accounts, data-driven decision making, and disciplined creative testing frameworks.
- Experience working in U.S. or other international D2C brands preferred; comfortable with fast decision making and clear, concise written communications to executives.
