About This Role
- Own end-to-end procurement execution including purchase order creation, governance, and supplier order management.
- Manage supplier delivery performance, resolve discrepancies, and lead risk mitigation efforts including expediting and alternate sourcing.
- Lead and coach procurement team priorities, enforce compliance processes, and drive continuous process improvements and automation in purchasing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related discipline.
- 13-18 years of purchasing or supply-chain experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or team lead experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, particularly Oracle applications (Betsy & Billy).
- Work Experience Required: 13-18 years in manufacturing procurement or supply chain.

- Experienced in manufacturing procurement with strong supplier relationship and risk management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability across procurement processes and compliance.
- Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and recovery planning capabilities with focus on operational metrics like PO turnaround and supplier delivery performance.
