About This Role
- Lead and coordinate multiple internal, external, and unofficial teams across matrix organizations to deliver diverse high-impact products and learning operations projects.
- Develop and implement advanced operational approaches such as Agile backlog management to define clear delivery timelines and priorities across squads and product teams.
- Manage enterprise-level backlogs, prioritize and report execution status ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives across multiple portfolios.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience, including at least 3 years specialized in life sciences/pharma or assigned business function.
- Proven expertise in consultancy concepts and business process domain knowledge with advanced technical and process analysis skills.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years consultancy experience; Specialized experience: 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or related domain.

- Experienced technology consultant with deep domain knowledge in life sciences or pharma aligned with assigned business functions.
- Skilled in managing enterprise-level stakeholder relationships and navigating complex, multi-portfolio environments.
- Proficient in leading matrix teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving Agile methodology adoption and organizational development initiatives such as Communities of Practice (CoPs).
