About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for Non-COGS/Indirect domains including Capex, Energy, Travel, HR, and others to ensure timely supply and continuous production flow.
- Negotiate with and finalize purchase orders, support vendor evaluation and supplier relationship management, and coordinate among users, suppliers, finance, and global procurement teams.
- Support SAP S4 HANA MM Module related to procurement and contribute to execution of annual maintenance contracts and capital purchases within compliance and global procurement guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B-Com) and MBA in Finance.
- Work Experience: 3-4 years handling procurement activities.
- Mandatory technical skills: Procurement negotiation, vendor relationship management, and SAP S4 HANA MM Module support.
- Awareness and adherence to global and local accounting practices, procurement policies, and compliance guidelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing procurement across diverse Non-COGS categories with operational responsibility for timely, cost-effective supply chain support.
- Familiar with SAP S4 HANA MM Module and capable of supporting related procurement processes and audits.
- Comfortable operating within multinational/global procurement frameworks with strict compliance and zero tolerance policy mindset.
