About This Role
- Lead multiple software engineering projects end-to-end ensuring all requirements are met with high quality deliverables.
- Drive strategic practice development and provide technical mentorship and guidance across engineering teams.
- Develop and deploy software solutions focusing on core business impact and collaborate with enterprise teams for successful delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in a Technical Engineering Manager role managing full cycle engineering teams.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, React JS, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Python and expertise in REST, GraphQL API development and databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related Engineering field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in creating high-level solution architecture and familiar with BIAN and Microservices architectures.
- Skilled in cloud platforms, especially AWS, and knowledgeable in AI-powered engineering tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Capable of mentoring, code reviewing, secure coding practices, and communicating technical insights effectively.
